Hypernormality is a poetic exploration of familial love amongst an inhospitable planet, intended as a reflection upon modern-day issues facing humans on earth. In a world full of contradictions, the short film addresses a multitude of existential themes through a tender, and at times satirical, lens.

Lucky Love - Masculinity

The term masculinity refers to a set of attributes, behaviors, and roles associated with men and boys, which is often defined by the notion of manliness that by societal, historical, and political measures perpetuates domination, homophobia, and aggression. This encompasses the most problematic proclivities in men, which is modernly known as toxic masculinity.

“Masculinity” stands as a demand for change, with Lucky Love as a quintessential figure to lead the charge. We preferred showing that Masculinity does not exist without Femininity.
